Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the InvoiceUltra iPhone app and the InvoiceUltra website. By using them, you agree to these terms. InvoiceUltra is operated by Red Line Security Limited, a company based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Acceptable use
You may use InvoiceUltra to create and manage invoices for your own lawful business. You agree not to:
- use InvoiceUltra for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, including creating false invoices;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app or its security; or
- use the app in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
Your data belongs to you
The invoices, clients, business details and other records you create in InvoiceUltra are yours. Because this information is stored on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for making your own backups. You can export your data from the app at any time.
Your responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for everything you enter into InvoiceUltra — including your business details, tax and VAT rates, amounts, and client information — and for the invoices you send. InvoiceUltra is a tool to help you produce and track invoices; it does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for meeting your own legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Price and plans
InvoiceUltra is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in future, the price and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe. Any subscriptions are handled through the App Store and managed in your Apple account settings, where you can also cancel.
No warranty
InvoiceUltra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of InvoiceUltra. Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for backups, and we are not liable for data lost through device loss, damage, or failure. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law.
Intellectual property
InvoiceUltra — including its name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Red Line Security Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content. The business content you create (your invoices, your logo, your data) remains yours.
Updates to the app and these terms
We may update InvoiceUltra and these terms as the product develops. When we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use InvoiceUltra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom), and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
